You can penalize those you believe are responsible for the alleged imbalance in city teams. But I assure you of one thing....the players have NOTHING to do with any of that, yet they are the ones who are paying the price. I am a teacher...since when do we punish hard work and determination. Vraiment drôle de decision!!
